WHAT’S YOUR VIBE?

Based on the original Hatha Hot Yoga from the Bikram Method, this class consists of 26 postures and two breathing exercises practiced in an infrared heated room.

This challenging, yet therapeutic yoga class stimulates the organs, glands and nerves by moving fresh oxygenated blood throughout the entire body helping to restore, renew, and revitalise all systems to healthy working order.

Hot Yoga 26 + 2

Power Vinyasa is a dynamic and playful style of yoga that flows like a dance from one posture to the next. Unlike the set sequences of Bikram and Ashtanga yoga, a Power Vinyasa class varies depending on the teacher which keeps it fresh.

This class begins with a mindful meditation to ground you and then moves through energising postures linked with expansive breathing that will leave you feeling centered and revitalised.

  • Improves mobility, strength and flexibility.

Power Vinyasa Yoga

Vibe Fusion combines the Hatha Yoga series with the basics of Vinyasa Flow.

This class follows a structured posture sequence that vary’s every class, this enables you to focus more closely on your breath and movement.

Vibe Fusion

Yin Yoga is a very slow, calm and meditative practice. It relies on 1-5 minute holds to promote deep relaxation. 

These postures release compression in the joints and create mobility throughout the connective tissues of the body.

Yin Yoga

This fun class is a low-impact, high intensity workout that uses the mindful and controlled principles of mat Pilates.

This intense full body class is performed on a yoga mat in an infrared room to create strong, lean muscle mass, burn fat and improve circulation – without the pounding of a high impact workout.

Level: Suitable for all fitness levels. Also suitable for people with injuries and postpartum women.
